Who doesn’t long for a perfect hour glass figure? A perfect body like Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Bipasha etc is a dream of every woman. A good and healthy body will add life to your living; it also builds confidence to conquer the world. It is not easy to get a body without toil and effort, you got to work to get a perfect figure, sweat your fat out of the body and be the show stopper while you step out.
Focus on your trouble areas on which you need to work such as tummy, arms, shoulders, waist, hips and thighs. Say hi to early rising, take a brisk walk, skipping, or jog in a nearby park or a pathway, cycling is another way of warming up your body. Nature walks always help you in being active for the rest of the day.
Say no to junk food, they only add extra weight to your body. Junk foods like pizza, burger, chaats etc will harm your body than doing any good. Anything in moderation is acceptable provided you burn those extra calories with few workouts.
Say Goodbye to Sedentary life. If you are inactive accumulation of fats in your body is fast and that leads to weight gain. Get on your feet, do some physical activities like cleaning your garden, garage, home, terrace etc. Sports are another thing that can make you a sweaty mug and help you burn some calories/fat for ex- squash, badminton, basketball , swimming etc.
Drink water- Drinking water at regular intervals will subside your hunger pangs, water is also good to flush out toxins that bring diseases. If you take lemon, warm water with honey in the morning is a good habit. 8-10 glasses of water everyday will keep you fit and your skin glows like a 100 watt bulb. Try and drink warm water than cold water.
Eat veggies and fruits- Try and add fresh veggies in your diet, whenever you feel hungry snack on fresh fruits instead of chip and other oily items. Do not skip your breakfast.
Stay away from fried items- keep yourself away from fired items such as chip, samosa etc
Consume less meat- Meat has good amount of fats that might help you add weight than lose. Consume lot of proteins but do not neglect carbs and fats. Follow regular diet to suit your body type.

Exercise/Yoga- The best forms of exercise is yoga along with pranayam, if you are looking for some heavy workout then try zumba, dance, aerobics, dumbbells, weight training etc. Regular exercise is one of the ways to keep your body in good shape.
Do your own chores- Try doing your own work like sweeping and mopping the floors, washing your clothes, bring your vegetables, park your vehicle far away from your workplace, take stairs instead of elevator etc.
Sleep well – Take good 8 hours sleep after that hard days work, good undisturbed sleep will keep you active the following morning so that you can do your other activities without getting tired.
